CPH Meal is about memorable food in unique surroundings. One-off events in one-off locations with some of Copenhagen’s best chefs preparing amazing food right in front of you. See them at work and then have a beer or two with them after you’ve eaten.

We’ll also be using this blog to whet your appetite by showing you how the menu develops, from foraging natural ingredients and sourcing great meat and fish, to the eventual refinement of each dish. This way you’ll be involved in the meal before you even take your seat, and you’ll pick up a few hints about where top chefs find their inspiration and their ingredients.

We’re doing this because we love food and we love knowing how it’s made, what it’s made with and where it comes from. And because we want to show that there needn’t be any mystery to fine dining, but there can be magic.
